Jelena Jaćimović calls people who survived the Bosnian war alive monuments. ‘It’s my responsibility as a person living in Serbia to listen to other people’s stories.’ Jelena was inspired by both Ajna Jusić’s and Amra Begić’s stories. They connected through activism and art and became close friends. The documentary is about these young women who try to make changes in their countries and spread awareness about the history, which is not so long ago. They all have the same goal: educating people, so it won’t happen again.
